It's important for you and your students to prepare your bodies for new levels of exertion. The lazy days of summer are winding down.
The Fall season is the time when we typically change our routines and regimes. Paying attention to spinal health and overall wellness and nutrition as you are taking on new activities will pay off.
A rigorous and strenuous exercise program is a great component to your regular routine, but as you are starting up again this Fall, remember:
- Don't overdo it
- Listen to your body
- Use safety - helmets are critical!
- Get regular spinal assessments
- Take your vitamins
