You're invited to this Healthy Rocky River program on October 17!
- Do you sit at a desk or drive all day? Your hip flexors may be tight, causing your low back to tighten up.
- Are you a new parent picking up your child all day? What mechanics are you using to lift your child 50 times a day?
- Cleaning a house? You might have shoulder pain from scrubbing and reaching, or low back pain from vacuuming and moving furniture.
- Working out with discomfort? You need to gain proper strength in your body where you are weak. You need to stretch where you are tight, and balance out poor compensation patterns.
Here you will learn keys to protecting your low back and shoulders, and how to properly engage your core. Gain insight about shat not to do at the gym, as well as an overview of why inflammation causes pain and how to treat it. Know when to apply ice, and when to apply heat to your injury.
