For many people migraines are an unfortunate and uncomfortable part of their daily life. If you are seeking relief from migraine pain your solution might be found in an unlikely place, your diet. Here’s how you can see if migraine relief could be triggered by the food you are eating:

  1. Keep a food journal: By keeping track of what you eat and if you experience migraine symptoms, it could help you identify what foods could be contributing to your migraines.

  2. Try adjusting your diet: There are some foods that are commonly reported as triggers for migraines. By temporarily eliminating some of these foods it could help to narrow in on what could be a trigger for you.

  3. Find alternatives: If you find yourself missing some of these foods, take it as an opportunity to try something new! You might just find a new favorite.
